The Management Committee (Mancom) of the University of the Philippines National Engineering Center (UP NEC) meets and prepares the organization’s Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR) for 2023. The OPCR was prepared taking into consideration the targets, plans, and tasks identified during the Strategic Planning conducted last year by UP NEC’s management and staff. The OPCR also guides the personnel in the preparation of individual targets which later become the basis for evaluation and rating. The targets of UP NEC are aligned with the general objectives of the University of the Philippines College of Engineering (UP COE).
