Based on the responses to this online registration, the UP NEC prepares sufficient number of materials and meals. This preparation entails cost on our part. Thus, we would like to remind you that before answering this platform, please ensure that you will be able to attend the training on your chosen date. Otherwise, the UP NEC will require you to pay for the equivalent cost of an attending participant.  This policy will help us save our resources and at the same time utilize our limited slots.
