UP National Center for Transportation Studies welcomes their new director, Dr. Jun T. Castro of the UP School of Urban and Regional Planning (UP SURP). The symbolic Key of UP NCTS was turned over by incumbent UP NCTS OIC Director Dr. Sandy Mae J. Gaspay. Attending the event is the Dean of the UPD College of Engineering and Executive Director of the UP National Engineering Center, Dean Maria Antonia N. Tanchuling, Ph.D., the Deputy Executive Director of UP NEC, Dr. Rosalie B. Reyes, Research and Extension fellows of the UP NCTS – UP SURP Dean Dina C. Magnaye, Ph.D., Dr. Ma. Sheilah Napalang, Dr. Crispin Emmanuel D. Diaz, Dr. Daniel Mabazza, Dr. Karl Vergel, Dr. Cresencio Montalbo and Dr. Sean Plamiano – together with UP NCTS and UP NEC staff. The event is also attended by participants online via zoom.
UP NCTS is a constituent center of the UP NEC.
